This has been made possible by the patented laser melting technology, the cooling element with patent pending and the diamond segments with unique wave design.

The airfl ow is guided through the ducts evenly onto the rotating disc. This effi ciently cools the diamond cutting disc. The result is improved running smoothness and increased cutting speed. What's more, the cooling element absorbs the vibrations that occur during work thanks to its special material characteristics.

The innovative wave-shaped segments increase the cutting speed by minimising the lateral surface area rubbing against the material that is being cut.
